Gordon Rogers has lived and worked on three continents over a 23-year career in international business. Trained as an engineer with an MBA in Finance, his breadth of experience encompasses small, private pre-commercial startups and major multinational companies.

Gordon came to Game Ready after serving as a consultant for a number of small to midsized companies as acting Chief Financial Officer, developing and executing operating strategies, and raising capital. Previous to his consulting role, he worked for Fukuda Denshi, an $800 million Japanese Medical Device company, as the senior executive in the Americas. Under his leadership, sales in the United States increased almost 50% and in Latin America over 25% in the first year. Mr. Rogers was also the Chief Financial Officer for Computer Motion, Inc., a pioneer in Surgical Robotics, and Vice President of Finance for Virologic, a biotechnology diagnostics company. He spent five years with Nellcor Puritan Bennett as Senior Director for Worldwide Finance and Director of Finance for European Operations.

Gordon holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, from which he also received a BS in Industrial Engineering. He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife, Kerry, and has two grown children. His family enjoys hiking and running together with their dogs in the East Bay Hills
